An Iranian co-production, starring Monica Belluci, Behruz Vüsuki and Yılmaz Erdoğan, Rhino Season is centered on a love story set against the backdrop of the Iranian revolution to the present. Kurdish-Iranian poet Sahel has just been released from a thirty-year prison sentence in Iran. He sets out to find his wife who thinks he died twenty years ago.
